As of September 27, 2022, Smaart v6 reached status. Rational Acoustics verified that it can no longer be activated on new machines. If a user still has it running, it's considered a "legacy" relic; if their hard drive fails today, the software is gone forever as the installers and activation servers are no longer supported.
