Known for his commitment to investor experience and compliance, Andres helps ensure clear communication and consistent support throughout the investment process. Prior to joining Cardone Capital, he was a financial services representative at MassMutual. Andres holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.

Since joining Cardone Capital as Chief Operating Officer, Jim has worked closely with Messrs. Cardone and Tseko on new fund launches and transaction execution while overseeing the firm’s portfolio management and accounting/financial reporting functions. Throughout his career, Jim has acquired, structured and asset managed over $10 billion of real estate investments including 50,000 multifamily units located throughout the United States. Jim has deep experience building and leading teams as well as creating and implementing business plans that maximize asset values and investor returns.

Prior to joining Cardone Capital, Jim co-led the investment and asset management activities of a private REIT that owned approximately 20,000 multifamily units. Jim also has served as Chief Operating Officer of a multifamily owner/operator that self-managed its 8,000-unit portfolio and, earlier in his career, Jim spent seven years as a Managing Director at Square Mile Capital Management (now known as Affinius Capital).

Jim holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
